Every 18650 / 21700 cell batch is tested for capacity, internal resistance, and voltage variance against supplier datasheet specifications before entering production. Out-of-spec lots are quarantined and reported back to the cell supplier.
Cells are matched by capacity (±20 mAh) and internal resistance (±5 mΩ) before pack assembly. Tight matching ensures balanced discharge across all parallel groups and extends total pack cycle life.
Automated nickel-strip spot welding with real-time current monitoring. Every weld point is pull-tested for tensile strength sampling, and nickel strip resistance is measured per pack to guarantee low-loss interconnects.
BMS is flashed with model-specific firmware tuned for Shark host devices. Communication handshake is verified against OEM chargers — state-of-charge reporting, authentication signals, and safety lockouts must function identically to the genuine pack.
