What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
For standard configurations, our MOQ is 50 units. For fully custom packs (unique shapes, BMS programming, special connectors), we typically start at 100 units after prototype approval. Need smaller quantities for testing? We can accommodate prototype orders of 5-10 units at a slightly higher per-unit cost.
What's the lead time from order to delivery? +
Standard configurations: 7-10 business days after payment
Custom designs (first order): 15-20 business days including prototype validation
Repeat orders: 10-12 business days
Rush orders: 5-7 days available for urgent needs (rush fee applies)

Note: Lead times don't include shipping. Express air shipping to North America/Europe takes 3-5 days; sea freight takes 25-35 days.
How do you ensure cell authenticity? How do I know they're genuine Samsung/LG cells? +
We purchase cells directly from authorized distributors and can provide supply chain documentation. Each cell batch includes manufacturer's QR codes and serial numbers that you can verify. We also perform incoming capacity testing — fake cells usually measure 30-40% below rated capacity, which we'd catch immediately. If you're skeptical, we welcome third-party lab testing of sample packs before placing large orders.
Can you ship lithium batteries internationally? What about customs? +
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our packs are UN38.3 certified for air transport and we work with freight forwarders experienced in lithium battery logistics. We provide all necessary documentation: MSDS, UN38.3 test reports, packing declaration, and commercial invoices. For large shipments, sea freight is more cost-effective but takes longer. We'll recommend the best shipping method based on your urgency and budget.
What warranty do you offer? +
Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery date
Extended warranty: 24 months available for high-volume orders

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, BMS failures, and premature capacity loss (below 80% rated capacity within warranty period). It does not cover physical damage, water ingress, reverse polarity connection, or use outside specified temperature ranges. We replace defective packs or provide pro-rated credit for partial failures.
Do you offer samples? How much do they cost? +
Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. Sample pricing is typically 1.5-2× the bulk unit price to cover setup and testing costs. If you place a production order within 90 days, we'll credit 100% of the sample cost toward your order. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Typical sample lead time is 5-7 days for standard configs, 10-15 days for custom designs.
What payment terms do you accept? +
New customers: 50% deposit before production, 50% before shipping
Established customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping
Large repeat orders (>$50k): Net 30 terms available after credit review

We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal (for orders <$3000), and letter of credit (L/C) for large contracts. Credit card payment available through PayPal invoice.
Can you help with integration? Do you provide technical documentation? +
Absolutely. Every pack comes with a technical data sheet including dimensions, wiring diagrams, discharge curves, and BMS specifications. For custom projects, we provide CAD models (STEP files), integration guides, and recommended charging parameters. Our engineering team is available via email/WhatsApp to answer technical questions during your design process. For large OEM partnerships, we can arrange on-site technical visits.
