After the high temperature reaction of the fabric, the hand feel will become a little hard, the plush will be flattened, and the wrinkles will also be flattened. The above is a normal phenomenon, and generally there is no big difference in the same batch.
Q.Worried about the poor effect of fabric printing?
If you are worried about the difference in computer resolution and the color of the fabric, you can print a sample first. The designer will press an A4 cloth sample according to the design drawing. Or it can be compared based on samples provided by customers.
Q.Is there a charge for proofing?
A4 sample is free, if you wanna get a meter sample for machine testing, a certain fee will be charged. If there are similar samples, free samples can be provided.
Q. How long does it take to deliver the goods after placing the order?
Normally, A4 fabric samples (meter samples) can be completed on the same day as the samples or design drafts are received. If the samples need to be cut into small roll samples for testing machines, they will usually be delivered within 2-3 days after the samples are confirmed. Digital printing is generally completed within 3-4 days after the order is placed. The opening printing is usually completed within 3-5 days according to the number of designs.
Q. Can digital custom printing nonwoven be returned or exchanged?
Printing is a post-processing process, occasionally there are small ink dots, small thread ends are unavoidable, and the color difference is affected by high temperature, which is not a quality problem. Quality problems such as print folding, ink scraping, etc. ,which can be reprinted.

Q.What are the requirements for providing design drafts?
If it is a cycle diagram, provide a unit cycle or a diagram larger than a unit cycle; if it is a positioning diagram, provide the slitting width and mask front wrapping (as shown in the figure below) or reverse wrapping requirements, so that we can do infrared positioning after computer layout Slitting and determining the direction of rolling;
